911HouseHelp.com is a website with its headquarters in Richmond, VA, and the leading online marketplace that helps you find the right solutions for your foreclosure situation. There are more than 500 participating Brokers and Lenders in our network.
- Information We Collect.
There are several areas on the website where you may be asked to enter both personal and non-personal information. We DO NOT sell or share any personal information about you to or with any person or organization except: as authorized by you, to participating lenders, credit counselors, loan modification specialists, or private buyer as may be required by law or court order.
Information we receive from you on qualification forms.
When you come to a 911HouseHelp.com site to complete a qualification form you’ll need to provide personal and financial information such as your name, phone number, e-mail address, income and other financial information depending upon whether your requesting help with a home loan, loan modification, credit counseling, credit report, insurance or debt consolidation. We do not collect any personal data you may input into to any calculators on our site without submitting it in qualification forms.
Information we receive from your browser.
911HouseHelp.com does not collect information on an individual consumer’s online activities over time and across third-party websites and online services. Third parties such as operators of search engines, and social networking websites may collect personal information about 911HouseHelp.com visitors’ online activities over time and across different websites when a consumer uses the 911HouseHelp.com website.
- How your information is used.
We use the information you provide on your qualification form to match you with up to a participating lender, insurance agent, loan modification specialist, or credit counselor. At your direction (when you click on the contact form “Submit” button), the information that you provide to us on the qualification form will be sent through the matching system and presented to not more than five of our participating lenders, credit counselors, loan modification specialists, who offer the types of products (new house purchase, refinance loan, etc.) you have identified. We recommend that you contact them directly for more information about their specific privacy policies.
3.1. With Whom do we Share Your Information
- Lenders and Mortgage Brokers. In submitting a request for a loan product or service offered through this website, when you click “Submit” or otherwise signify your agreement to proceed you are consenting to the disclosure of your online request with lenders in our network (“Lenders”) with whom you are or may be matched. Please note that no credit check will be performed by us and no credit check will be performed by Lenders unless you authorize Lenders to do so by submitting a completed loan request. Be aware that the Lenders with whom you are matched may retain or use your Information whether or not you use their services and you should contact these Lenders directly concerning their privacy and information-sharing practices which may differ from ours.
- Referrals for your Non-Mortgage Business. When you express interest in other products, services, or promotions that we offer (by, for example, completing a request for such services), we will share your request or expression of interest with the businesses with which we partner to offer you those products, services and promotions, and, as applicable, with their affiliates and third-party finder or marketing companies (collectively, “Business Providers”). When you choose to participate in a particular offer or program, you authorize us to provide your personal information to those Business Providers. Be aware the Business Providers with whom we share your Information may retain or use your Information whether or not you use their services and you should contact these parties directly concerning their privacy and information-sharing practices which may differ from ours.
- We also may disclose your information at our sole discretion: In response to a subpoena or similar investigative demand, a court order or a request for cooperation from law enforcement or other government agency; to establish or exercise our legal rights; to defend against legal claims; or as we reasonably believe is required by law. You have the ability to change or alter your information before you press the submit button. Once your information is submitted it will be provided to the participating lender, loan modification specialist, insurance agent, or credit counselor depending on the form you filled out.

Our websites have security measures in place to protect against the loss, misuse, and alteration of the information under our control.
